They don't do anything special. They show you a list of agents that you can find yourself and they take a large chunk of the agents commission resulting in a much less motivated agent to try and work hard to get the seller the best result. I personally used them years ago as an agent and they once insisted on claiming a commission for a listing that wasn't referred to me by them, even though evidence was given to them to prove that I knew the seller prior to them giving me the lead, but they took no for an answer. Going through them doesn't enhance your chances to get a great agent or result. They don't even select their agents, they go with who ever registers with them to get sales leads. You want a good agent? Simple! Pretend to be a buyer in your area and contact some agents and see how good they deal with your enquiry and how fast and efficient.

Spent 30 minutes filling out the form. 1 match 150km away from my property. Now I'm getting spammed with text messages early in the morning to tell me you have 0 matches for me??? When a man called me after I signed up, he told me he'd remove me from the system as they didn't have matches in my area. In the next 2 days, I get text messages saying 0 matches.. WTAF. Nowhere to unsubscribe, so I've sat on hold for 5 minutes trying to speak to someone to get removed and no answer...

I would avoid. They advertise as a 'free' service, however they charge the agent pricey fee for the referral. It is an automated service that takes your details & hands out to numerous real estate agents. You would do yourself a favour to research local agents on google rather than using their misleading services. It will also save the agent from getting charged for a referral that could be done naturally through google!

Do not use this site, there is no information provided at all including on management fees. It asks for your personal information and number and seems to be set up as a tool to help agents contact new clients, not helping people do their own research based on what they are looking for. You have to provide your mobile number to get your results and then once you get your results you have to consent for agents to contact you to view anything pertinent. Upon consenting it still doesn't provide you with the relevant promised costs and fees but states that an agent will be in contact.
